For Clinical Professionals
The Empowerment Agency offers clinical supervision and consultation to behavioral health professionals. Supervision is provided to behavioral health professionals seeking clinical support and guidance as they work towards licensure as an independently licensed professional. Currently TEA provides supervision for professionals seeking licensure in Georgia and Florida.
Clinical Supervision for Behavioral Health Professionals
Reinette has been fully licensed as a clinical social worker since 2015 and currently meets the requirements to serve as a clinical supervisor for social workers, counselors, and other mental health professionals seeking licensure.
**Please visit your local governing board for specific supervision requirements based on your program of study.
Clinical supervision services include individual and group sessions. Supervision rates include access to evidenced-based print materials, videos, and other tools used to provide clinical supervision. Supervision clients may gain access to professional development workshops and/or webinars at a discounted rate or free of charge based on space available.
Licensed in Georgia and Florida.
Reinette is an Approved Qualified Supervisor for Social Workers seeking clinical supervision in the state of Florida.
Supervision Rates: $130.00 Individual per hour and $100.00 Group per 1.5 hours.
At this time the state of Georgia does not require a certification to provide clinical supervision to social workers working towards licensure. The Georgia NASW and other organizations do offer continuing education credits for clinical supervisors in Georgia; however, it is not a requirement for social workers.
*Individual supervisions may included up to two post graduate professionals.
*Group supervision incudes 3 or more individuals per session
Consultation For Behavioral Health Professionals
Clinical consultation services are provided to licensed mental health professionals seeking clinical guidance on individual cases, program development or critical incidents that involved behavioral health as a primary factor in treatment or support. Clinical consultation rates are $165.00 per hour ($90.00 for a half hour) for licensed mental health professionals.

Business Coaching for Mental Health Professionals and Life Coaches
New, mid-level and seasoned mental health professionals and life coaches provide invaluable services to individuals in need of support. While services are top quality, professionals often report a need to improve their business acumen to enhance current performance or to scale their business for maximum output. Our consultants provide customized business coaching to meet the unique needs of professionals and their business goals. In addition to our coaching services, we also provide connections to business professionals among various industries such as marketing, sales, capital raising, social media, branding, and commercial real estate. Key themes associated with business coaching: mindset shift, goal setting, performance strategies, system management, and more. Business coaching rates are $200.00 per hour. At the end of each session, professionals will have a customized plan of action to help achieve their business goals.
